The Florida Professional Development Alternatives for Exceptional Student Educators program utilizes local coordinators/facilitators to provide quality online professional development opportunities across the state. The PDA-ESE online modules are based on the competencies established by DOE for all educators in Florida who are working with students with disabilities, those seeking ESE certification or who may be working towards meeting competencies four and five of Florida’s Reading Endorsement.
